Maven's first AI feature in production. I owned the end-to-end experience: information architecture, discoverability, and reconciling AI and human provider messaging across inboxes. Built the flows for live-to-async handoffs and designed escalation and routing for sensitive financial and medical cases.

As the sole designer on Fertility, I owned the most prominent content block on the Fertility homepage. Designed a new card style and a custom cycle-day counter, and built the Featured Action Card content unit used to launch it, later componentized for reuse by other teams.

Designed and shipped a centralized destination for tools and integrations, consolidating scattered entry points into one place. Configurable by user eligibility, which freed up homepage space for higher-priority content while keeping tools discoverable. Built initially for Fertility, scoped to scale across all programs.
Video appointment redesign

Owned end-to-end redesign of Maven's video appointment experience through a vendor SDK migration. Rebuilt patient and provider flows from scratch within Maven's design system, covering pre- and post-appointment states, device permissions, error handling, and provider EMR note-taking.
